QSP 4 POINT OF SALE SOFTWARE – Available Second Quarter 2012

QSP 4 is a new web based Point of Sale Software which will allow schools to run from the internet.  The major feature of QSP 4 is the capability of the serving lines running independently if there is a network or server issue in the district.

PFI (PAY FOR IT.NET) – Available NOW!!

On Line Payment System endorsed by OSBA, OASBO and BASA that allows districts to collect student fees, activities, pay to participate, lunch payments, tuitions etc. There are currently over 140 districts using it now successfully in Ohio and Western PA.  Parents can see what their children are buying, their child’s lunch balance and receive low balance email notifications at no charge. Pay For It.net also allows automatic replenishment of lunch accounts when they are low.

ICOUNT PIN PAD/SCANNER  - Available NOW!!

The ICount Pin Pad/Scanner gives the district the ability to serve meals in the classroom or anywhere outside the cafeteria and still claim the meals by student. One or more pin pad(s) can store the students pin numbers either by numeric entry or scanned barcode and they can then be uploaded into the QSP Point of Sale Program. 

SCHOOL PROGRAMS / LATCHKEY -    Available NOW!!

This gives the district the ability to track and bill after school programs/latchkey.  Build a roster for the program and track the student’s attendance. Build families and bill by the hour, by the day, weekly or monthly.  Pay For It.net can automatically bill registration fees.

ONLINE FREE & REDUCED APPLICATIONS – Available Spring of 2012

The district will soon be able to allow parents to enter their applications for free & reduced from the internet.  The major difference with our system and others is that we will retain most of the information for the parent from year to year thus saving time for the parent.

SDMS – PFI POS SCREENS – Available NOW!!

PFI POS Screens give the district the ability to accept payments from walk in parents who want to pay fees or make lunch payments. The district can also input fees being paid through the mail or fee payments sent in by parents with their students. The PFI POS Screens also keep track of the deposit and drawer information for the user and will automatically post the fee payments back to your student information system thus saving time.

USAS ACCOUNTING SYSTEM INTERFACE - Available NOW!!

This interface gives the district the capability of writing the fees paid back to the USAS software automatically. This saves the district time and money. This interface has been thoroughly tested and is running successfully.
